A rescue mission arrived.
That didn't make any sense, only 8 years after Alexei and Sarah landed, what did it mean for Earth politics if they departed before the WISE mission even arrived at their destination ?
But that didn't matter to Alexei, what mattered was the gigantic lander, and the numerous people inside probably about to unload cargo, terraforming equipment, ready to melt down the poles with nuclear warheads and alter the atmosphere with algaes.

What mattered the most, though, was the fate of his daughter.
