Low gravity regolith

At 0.01% G any movement can propel surrounding rocks at escape velocity, you would have to wear shoes that automatically clamp you to the rock to remain stable and walk carefully, since RCS truster would blow away too much dust.
That's why rovers are better in many cases :D
